Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gtmarketing.pro (the “Site”), operated by GT Marketing (“GT Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Website Purpose

The Site provides general information about GT Marketing and the marketing services we offer, which may include:

  • Digital advertising management

  • Conversion tracking and analytics

  • Landing page and website improvements

  • Search engine optimization

  • Answer engine optimization

  • Content and social media services

  • Creative services

  • Marketing automation and AI consulting

Information provided on the Site is for general informational and promotional purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that any service will be available or suitable for a particular business.

2. Client Services and Separate Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Site. They do not, by themselves, create a client relationship between you and GT Marketing.

Services provided to clients may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order form, or other written agreement. That agreement may contain additional provisions concerning fees, deliverables, advertising budgets, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination, and other service-specific matters.

If these Terms conflict with a separate written agreement covering services provided to you, the separate agreement will control with respect to those services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing performance varies, and past results do not guarantee future results.

GT Marketing does not guarantee any particular:

  • Number or quality of leads

  • Sales or revenue

  • Conversion rate

  • Search engine or answer engine ranking

  • Advertising cost or return on advertising spend

  • Website traffic

  • Social media reach or engagement

  • Business or financial outcome

Results may be affected by factors outside our control, including your industry, location, competition, budget, offer, website, sales process, customer behavior, economic conditions, and changes made by advertising platforms, search engines, social networks, technology providers, or other third parties.

Testimonials, case studies, statistics, and examples displayed on the Site describe specific experiences. They should not be interpreted as promises that other clients or users will obtain the same results.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server, or connected systems

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security

  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology

  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract Site content without permission

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information

  • Use the Site in a way that infringes another person’s rights

  • Reproduce or commercially exploit Site content without authorization

We may restrict or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including its text, graphics, branding, layouts, designs, images, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to GT Marketing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from GT Marketing.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and platform references belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

6. Information You Submit

When you submit information through a contact form, booking form, email subscription form, or other communication channel, you agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are legally authorized to provide.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit. You grant GT Marketing permission to use them as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to your inquiry

  • Schedule or conduct a consultation

  • Evaluate your marketing needs

  • Provide requested information or services

  • Operate and improve the Site

  • Comply with legal obligations

Submitting an inquiry does not require GT Marketing to accept you as a client or provide services.

Our collection and handling of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including scheduling platforms, advertising platforms, analytics providers, social networks, and other technology providers.

These third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. GT Marketing does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, products, services, or business practices.

Your use of a third-party website or service is at your own discretion and subject to that third party’s terms.

References to platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, or other providers do not imply that GT Marketing is sponsored, endorsed, or officially affiliated with those providers unless expressly stated.

8. Informational Content

Articles, guides, recommendations, and other materials published on the Site are provided for general information only. Marketing platforms, regulations, technologies, and industry practices may change over time.

You should evaluate information based on your particular circumstances and obtain appropriate professional advice when needed. Site content is not legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

9. Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We attempt to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will always be available or uninterrupted

  • The Site will be free from errors, viruses, or harmful components

  • All information will always be complete, accurate, or current

  • Defects will be corrected immediately

  • The Site will meet every user’s particular requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GT Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your access to or use of the Site

  • Your inability to access or use the Site

  • Your reliance on Site content

  • Third-party websites, platforms, or services

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of information submitted through the Site

  • Viruses, malware, service interruptions, or technical failures

This limitation includes, where legally permitted, loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, GT Marketing’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold GT Marketing harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or improper use of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Information or materials you submit through the Site

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

This section does not require you to indemnify GT Marketing for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

The Site may use cookies, analytics technologies, and advertising technologies. Information about these practices and available privacy choices is provided in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Site’s cookie controls.

13. Changes to the Site or Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also change the descriptions, availability, or pricing of services without prior notice.

Information displayed on the Site does not modify an existing client agreement unless the change is confirmed through an authorized written amendment.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively modify a separate client agreement unless permitted by that agreement or agreed to in writing.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, misuse the Site, create a security risk, or engage in unlawful conduct.

Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions—will remain in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which GT Marketing principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction over GT Marketing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in a court of competent jurisdiction or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. No Waiver

A failure by GT Marketing to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that or another provision later.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and GT Marketing concerning your use of the Site.

They do not replace any separate written agreement governing paid services provided by GT Marketing.
